NSBE Central Florida Professionals is expanding access to STEM education, mentorship, and professional opportunity across Central Florida. Our mission is to increase the number of culturally responsible Black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community. NSBE's initiatives includes the NSBE CFP Emerging Engineers Scholarship with UCF, the Bridge Forward mentorship program, and Junior Engineer Day school outreach.
